and responsibilities and the problems of
his subordinates.

The leader should give clear and
concise orders that can be understood.

supervised, and accomplished

teamwork within and among the combat
and service units, from the smallest to the
largest size.
Train your men to work as a team
The ability to make rapid estimate of
the situation, arrive at a sound decision,
and announce his decision in the correct form of order at the proper time is
essential to a leader.
Make sound and timely decisions
The leader should train his
subordinates to act in the absence of
orders when the situations so demands.
Develop responsibility among subordinates
e commander is responsible for all
that his unit does or fails to do.
Assume responsibility for your actions
The leader must have a thorough
knowledge of the capabilities and
limitations of his command.
