What is the aim of the information?
A
- Is info that can only be accessed by certain people with authority.
- Aim is to protect highly important, sensitive data from illegal activity occurring & getting into wrong hands.

What is the aim of the information?
A
- Is info maintained, so it’s: up to data, accurate, complete & fit for purpose.
- Aim is to keep it up to date so its secure, covered by the DPA, and if authorities ask for it, its perfect already.

A
- Is info available for everyone, can be used by anyone for many purposes.
- Aim to prevent illegal activity.
