What is a project
A temporary organisation that is created for the purpose of delivering one or more business products according to an agreed business case
Describe the characteristics of a project
Change - the means by which we introduce change
Temporary - in nature. Once completed, business as (new) usual resumes
Cross-function - different people with different skills working together
Unique - no two projects are the same, different organisational factors, different culture, different teams.
