Basic (Free), Developer (29$ monthly), Business ($100 monthly), and Enterprise ($15,000 monthly).
Types of Support Cases
Account and Billing, Service Limit Increase, and Technical Support. Technical support cases cannot be opened by users on the Basic tier.
Basic Support Plan
Free for all AWS accounts. Can’t open Technical Support cases. 24/7 support via email only.
Developer Support Plan
Can open all types of cases, and in unlimited number. Typically have one primary contact for support, with 12 to 24 hour response times.
Business Support Plan
Can open all types of cases, and in unlimited number. Also gets a full set of Trusted Advisor checks. Have unlimited support contacts 24/7 and can get faster response times for critical issues.
Enterprise Support Plan
Can open all types of cases, and in unlimited number. Gets Infrastructure event management and the full set of Trusted Advisor checks. Has access to a Technical Account Manager and a concierge support team 27/7, with increased response times for critical issues.
