Revenue solely comes from Combinely subscription, charged monthly on a per-mailbox basis ($15 target price) and with no minimum commitment.
How did you determine your pricing?
We landed on our pricing through a combination of competitor research, value/cost analysis, and honestly, some try and miss getting direct customer feedback.
How do you think about your ASP (average selling price) over time? Do you think this will go up, down, or stay about the same? Why?
Absolutely, we see ASP increasing over time.
Here’s why: Currently, we offer a very competitive price point, significantly lower than the average in our market. Karbon currently charges a minimum of $40, Financial cents the same, whereas we charge half of this. However, as we roll out exciting new features and expand our data capture capabilities, the value proposition for our customers will become even stronger.
This increased value will justify a natural price adjustment, allowing us to capture the full worth we deliver.
