The most popular reasons are to exchange contact details. 60% of gifts are given because of that reason. 25% of gifts are given because of the desire to show love.
Are you going to reduce the percentage of payments to partners?
As I’ve already said yes, we want to experiment with NFT artwork that will help us to improve margin and reduce the percentage of payments to partners as well .As for reducing the commission for current presents mainly not, because we have to cover the cost of the gift for them
Are you considering raising prices for customers ?
Recently, we released an experiment to determine the most profitable pricing for our service. Currently, the profit from customers with lower prices is higher, but we are still monitoring the results for further insights.
How is the process organized?
Client chooses an appropriate gift for the free member, then purchases the gift.
Partner organizes the delivery to the recipient. The recipient receives the gift, makes a photo with it and sends it to the client with words of gratitude
Why is your service not presented in other products?
We have a small team so Our primary focus remains on our core business, as there is a large pool of free members who are eligible for gifts and partners who assist with the delivery process. Additionally, our services provide clear value to clients from core business as they do not have access to the addresses and contact information of the free members, which makes it difficult for them to order gifts directly. Our platform makes it easy for clients to order gifts, without having to deal with the difficulties of finding the addresses and contact information of free members. But I don’t mind trying other products.
There is a way to test this idea, we can make a mass mailing for clients with the info that from now on they can order presents for their friend via CSD. If this experiment will be successful publish functionality on the site
Why not all of the free members connected to the service ?
First of all in order to connect the free member agency have to Maintain constant contact with him. Sometimes it’s a problem for the partner.
Secondly, Not all free members can receive gifts because of many differents reasons such as vacation, illness, unstable location
Thirdly, This service is not very beneficial for partners. They have to spend a lot of effort organizing the delivery and get about $20 for it.
Can a free member order a gift for a customer?
Yes, they can, but they do it very rarely because it’s expensive.

it differs from gift to gift but in average it’s 100%
How much women connected to the service and how much men?
58% of women connected to the service, 36% of men connected to the service
What’s the distribution of spending by gender of clients ? Why?
75% of spents comes from male clients and 25% -comes from female clients. it’s all just like in real life. Men often give girls flowers and get nothing in return.

Hello, my name is Nadezhda, and I am going to speak about flowers and gifts delivery service.
To begin, I would like to share the results of 2022
We’ve improved the revenue by 65 percent and net profit by 52%
I will now highlight the key factors that help us to achieve this result
First of all we’ve released Popups with an offer to order presents to free members on different kinds of holidays (Birthday, Saint Valentines, New year)
Also, we’ve improved the interface, making it more user-friendly and intuitive for clients. That helped us to improve the revenue by 28%.
And last but not least, our work with free members from Asia.We connected more free members to the service And they came up with many different ways to tactfully ask for gifts. That helped us to improve the revenue by 26%.
This result would not have been possible without our small but highly efficient team. I would like to thank for the great work.
And now let’s talk about our plans for 2023.
We are planning to improve the revenue and net profit by 50%.
I will focus on the most interesting directions of our activity this year
First of all, we want to customize our service in order to meet the needs of different kinds of clients.
We continue to connect more free members to the service, especially the male one and work with the quality of service that they provide
And in order to improve our margin we’d like to add NFT artwork created by our free members into our list of presents.
And of course we will continue to bring not only flowers and gifts to our users but happiness as well.
The speech metaverse
Metaverse is becoming more popular every day.
We didn’t stand aside and wanted to implement the metaverse experience into our service.
So we decided to start with the social in the metaverse.
What is it ?
It’s a party where users can engage in activities that are similar to those found in real-world parties, such as dances, games, and conversations.
So we are gathering 15 clients and 75 beautiful ladies from dc, creating 5 virtual spaces in the Spatial metaverse with different quizzes and games in order to break the ice between users and help them to find subjects for their conversations.
We hope that this event will not only serve as a means to initiate new contacts but also as a way to bridge the gap between users and bring them closer together.
In the future, we also aim to offer one-on-one dates in the metaverse and other activities that couples can enjoy in real life, in order to diversify communication options for our users.
