“Final -s: A maioria dos verbos, ou os verbos que terminam com -e
visit -> visits / walk -> walks / tell -> tells / ride -> rides / write -> writes

Final -es: Os verbos que terminam com -ch, -sh, -s, -x, e -z
catch -> catches / wash -> washes / kiss -> kisses / fix -> fixes / buzz -> buzzes /

Final - ies
Os verbos que terminam com consoante + y, tire o Y e coloque - ies
Os verbos que terminam com vogal + y, coloque -s
fly -> flies / bury -> buries / try -> tries / buy -> buys / pay -> pays

O que são os “non-action verbs”

A

“São verbos sem ação ou verbos que você não usaria no tempo verbal “continuous” com gerúndio.

Como dizer “Está me ouvindo?:
ERRADO “Are you hearing me?” porque “hear” é um non-action verb.
CERTO (Can/Do) you hear me?

Como dizer “Estou vendo você!”
ERRADO “I’m seeing you.” Tem que falar “I see you.” Ou para dizer “Não estou vendo você!”
Tem que falar “I don’t/can’t see you.”
CERTO “I see you.”

Mais comuns hear - ouvir, see - ver, believe - acreditar, know = saber ou conhecer, have = ter, Need = precisar, Remember = Lembrar”
