Abstract Present Continuos
I am doing something = I started doing it and I haven’t finished; I’m in the middle of doing it.
ex: Stevy says “I am reading…”
Estou fazendo alguma coisa = comecei a fazer e não terminei; Estou no meio de fazer isso.
ex: Stevy disse “Estou lendo…”, ele não está lendo o livro no momento que está falando, mas, significa que ele começou a ler e ainda não terminou (uma ação ainda não finalizada).
She is taking a picture. (She’s taking a picture)

Ela esta tirando uma foto.
He is tying a shoelace. (He’s tying a shoelace)
