Clindamycin - gram +ve cocci/penicillin resistant staph (cause AB associated colitis)

Clindamycin capsules 150mg
send: 20 capsules
label: 1 cap 4x daily with water for 5 days
>12 as for adults

Co-amoxiclav - beta-lactamase producing bacteria, amoxicillin resistant, severe odontogenic inf, cellulitis
