What is the muffin mixing method?
-Measure wet and dry ingredients separately
-Make a well and slowly pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients
-Slowly stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients
What is the biscuit mixing method?
-sift dry ingredients together in a mixing bowl
-use a pastry blender
-add all liquid at once then stir the dough until it becomes a ball
-use this method when making biscuits and other pastries
