1. Make sure that you’ve read all pre-assigned reading from your lecturer. try and familiarize yourself with the topic before you get to class so you know what to expect.
2. Dont forget to pack all the things you need to learn effectively. Make sure you have multiple pencils (or some backup lead), a notebook, pens, highlighters, sticky notes, your textbook, and your laptop.
3. Try to stick to water and consume caffeine intelligently
4. Check for online course materials and lecture outlines.
   If your lecturer provides outlines, PowerPoint slides, or even a basic summary of the upcoming lecture, use it to your advantage.
