What is adoption?

What is the cervix?
The lower, narrow end of the uterus that forms a canal between the uterus and vagina.

The joining of a sperm and egg, also known as fertilization.
What are fallopian tubes?
A pair of tubes through which female eggs travel from the ovaries to the uterus.
What is a fetus?
A developing human from usually two months after conception to birth.
What is full-term pregnancy?
When a baby is born between 39 weeks, 0 days and 40 weeks, 6 days.
What is genetic counseling?
The process of reviewing blood work to look at the genetics of individuals and families affected by or at risk of genetic disorders that help them understand and adapt to the medical, psychological, and familial implications of genetic contributions to disease.
