Q

What to do if you’ve been suspended?

A

1) Must tell all your clients you’ve been suspended and can’t rep them for some time.
2) Must tell employer - you might have to retake MPRE or take CLE classes.
3) Can’t file a brief, sign your name on stuff, basically limited to whatever you could do during a summer clerkship.
