A diverse working environment is a challenge to everyone that seeks the seat of acceptance at work. It Considers a lot of adjustments including the
Job description, job position and jurisdiction, duties and Responsibilities and most of all, Human relations.
training means training of a general nature whereby participant gains a general appreciation and familiarity with the subject;
familiarization
refers to personality, attitudes, values, interests, and attraction shared between two individuals.
similarity
helps us recognize and respect “ways of being” that are not necessarily our own. So that as we interact with others, we can build bridges to trust, respect, and understanding across cultures.
differences
is an essential tool, as it is used to ensure a peaceful environment; this is seen as the give and take necessary to create a balanced situation to end a disagreement. It can help smooth over conflicts in a variety of situations and settings.
compromise
this is when the body divides traits and feelings, and groups them into smaller sections, keeping some of them hidden until a safe space for expression is provided.
fragmentism
in the workplace means enabling employees to take ownership of their work and contribute to meaningful decision- making. In a culture of empowerment, company leaders delegate responsibilities, share information freely and seek out input from members of their team.
