Prejudice
to pre-judge – to judge before knowing someone, based on a biased feeling or attitude, because of the group that they belong to.
Discrimination
Prejudice in action. Acting differently towards someone because of a biased attitude.
Stereotype
An over simplified mental image of people and applying it to everyone in the group.
Positive Discrimination
Treating people more favourably because they have been discriminated against in the past.
Scapegoat
An individual or group blamed unfairly for something.
Gender
Sex, male or female.
Ageism
Discrimination on the ground of age.
Tolerance
Respect for be beliefs and pratices of others.
Justice
Bring out what is fair or make up of what has been done wrong.
Harmony
Living in peace with others.
