A
Roll over position:
- one on flat and one od side lying
- get BP.
- > 20 diastolic - (+) hypertension

A
- Edema
- Proteinuria
- HTN - BP increase in 2nd and 3rd trimester
- Convulsion

- Bed rest and side lying
- Diet: Increase CHON, adequate salt and decrease FAT
