There maybe multiple entries.
So may show enrollment and other may not.
once it is talking it should show the name on one

how do you find which device are in prestage enrollement
Find devices in Jamf
Gear in upper right corner
Global management
Automated Device Enrollment..
column on the right is for prestage enrollment
Build a prestage so you can assign devices

Left panel(payload) prestage enrollment
Upper right hand corner click (new)
Name it

If if is already setup, you have to erase it.
