Used to show that a future event will be finished by some future point in time.
- will + have + past participle
- by 2020, scientists believe that we WILL HAVE FOUND a cure for certain types of cancer.

A
- Use to talk in present time about a prediction that was made in the past
- would or was/were going to +base form of the verb
- Carlos thought getting a job after graduation WOULD BE hard, but he was hired by accompany right away.
