- Start Engine & Move Rig Outside

Air Brake Test*
A
- Full air pressure, wheels chocked, engine off, parking brake release
- Static air leakage rate, pedal released (2 psi MAX. in 1 minute)
- Applied air leakage rate, pedal depressed (3 psi MAX. in 1 minute)
- Pump pedal with battery on until Low air buzzer sounds (55-75 psi)
- Keep pumping pedal until parking brake knob pops out (20-45psi)
- Start engine & run to governor cut-out pressure (130 psi max)
- Pump brake pedal to check cut-in pressure (85 psi minimum)
- Remove chocks; release parking brake, test service & parking brakes at 5 MPH
- Daily/Pre-Trip completed. File in binder & toss out reports older than one year
