THe provisions of the act were so harsh that the called it the intolarable acts. The whole boston and colonys of massuchucets were punised for the crimes done. (1774)

This act extended the canadian providence of quebec south to the ohio river. It also allowed french Canadians to keep law, languegue, and roman catholic religon. (1774)

A call went out for delegates from each colonie to meet and discuss their common concerns. There were 56 delegates.
