Moodboard
Meet client approval before creating product, share ideas and concepts + Plan the styles of the product in a visual way. May include fabrics and textures or videos and sound on a digital moodboard interior design and architecture
Visualisation diagram
Used to plan still images and graphics. Mock version.

Storyboard
To show how something will change over time across a scene + show production staff intended product. Plan videos animations and cut scenes in a video game.
Script
To give direction for characters to follow in a scene. Plan videos/voice overs. Mood and emotion. Includes camera shots and movement.
Work plan
Work flow and resources. Tasks and activities separate. Provide a timescale for the overall product to be completed.

Designs and symbols. Names and images used in commerce

Risk assessment
Decide who might be harmed and how, decide on precautions. Record findings and implement them , update if necessary.
Must be stored by designer and organisation in case of claims

Record what is there - best conditions and environmental considerations.
