- prednisone 50mg PO at 13, 7, 1 hour before contrast + diphenhidramine 50 mg IV/IM/PO 1 hour before contrast
- Methylprednisone 32mg PO at 12, and 2 hours before contrast with or without antihistamine

IV premeds due to Emergency procedure
A
HYDROCORTISONE 200mg IV immediately the every 4 hours until contrast administration PLUS diphenhydramine 50 mg IV/IM 1 hour before
