Indications for admission in pre-eclampsia (5) ?

A
  1. Severe hypertension (BP >160/110mmHg)
  2. Symptoms of severe late-stage disease (headache, visual disturbance,
    epigastric pain, hyperreflexia, impending pulmonary oedema)
  3. Biochemical abnormalities (deranged LFTs, abnormal U&Es)
  4. Haematological abnormalities (low platelets, DIC)
  5. Suspected foetal compromise
