Cannon Bard
event. simultaneous physiological response and feeling emotion . both things happen together

James-Lange
triggers physiological response/change in body, you feel emotion
crying=i am sad
shaking like leaf=i am scared (James is afraid bc he is shaking)
Lazarus
interpretation. arousal/feel emotion happen simultaneously.
social constructionism
we assign meanings to things. (books, money etc)
they dont exist outside human society
