What is the difference between self defense, fighting and sport competition?

A

Self defense: is when the victim is doing anything and everything to protect themselves and get out of that situation. (Flee.)
Fighting: when both parties are engaging with the intent to hurt the other.
Sport competition: there are RULES. Doesn’t have to be a martial art held event once someone says “you can’t do this or that during the fight.” It becomes a sported fight and it is controlled.

  • moves in a way that forms the people in a line
  • fights each person one on one and gives that person 100% before the next opponent is able to arrive.
  • NEVER cuts in between the group.
