With permission of IC, proceed to incident
Report on:
-nature and severity
-exact location via chain marker
-assistance required
-standpipe ID
-3rd rail status
-alternate access point

Gather information
-check annunciator panel
-check with building maintenance
-check occupancy and building layout
-recall elevators
-determine elevators and stairwell to advance to fire floor. Ensure doors are unlocked
Check HVAC status
Report evacuation status
Report to fire floor
Identify and report attack stairwell
