CPR for Lumbar Traction
Presence of sciatica
Signs of nerve root compression
Positive crossed straight leg raise
Failure to demonstrate centralization on clinical examination (especially peripheralization with extension)
CPR for Cervical Manipulation
> 3 factors present
Symptoms < 38 days
Positive expectation that manipulation will help
10* difference rotation
Pain with PA testing (middle cervical spine)
CPR for Cervical Radiculopathy
Ipsilateral cervical rotation < 60*
