Practical Flashcards
Aim
To conduct a questionnaire to study the difference in prejudice, homophobic attitudes between older (45>) and younger (<25) people
Method
Opportunity sampling gathering 20 people from college and from my friends and family.
10 questions on a questionnaire including open and closed questions such as ‘How much do you agree with equality of marriage for homosexual people?’ Strongly Agree Agree Disagree Strongly Disagree and ‘Why do you feel this way about marriage equality?’
I stood with participants while they filled out the questionnaire to make sure they understood all the questions and I could assist them if needed. All results were kept confidential and participants were both given informed consent and a right to withdraw at any point.
Results
