Replacement training: preparation for first assignment Formal school: teaches minimum skills required for a system or equipment Conversion: new or modified trai9ning on systems or euip. to prior trained individuals. Advanced: Completes TOS covering particul knowledge and skills requiring further analysis. Onboard Training:provided aboard ship for individual tech, GMT, watchstations.

When TOS is completed to ensure skills drive the force and content of the curriculum
28
What are the triggers and process for converting PPP based curriculum to Task based curriculum?
