How long should an owner retain every entry on a journey logbook?
No less than one year
What is the aircraft identification plate?
Fireproof plate attached to an aircraft.
How are closed, runways and taxiways marked
White or yellow X visible from an aircraft flying at an altitude of 300 m or 1000 feet above on both sides of the runway or taxiway
What is an aerodrome?
An area on land or water that can be used for takeoff and landing
If your runway exceeds 4000 feet is closed for more than 24 hours
White X’s should be marked on both sides. I’m at intervals, not exceeding 1000 feet
Where is the runway is 1501 feet to 4000 feet
Closed markings should be located at each end and at a point equidistant from both markings
Where is the runway It’s up to 1500 feet

What is an aircraft identification plate?
Fireproof plate attached to the aircraft
When a runway is used at night
Each side should have two parallel lines of white lights with a minimum of eight per side at 75 feet to 200 feet apart at the edges, and right angles to each other visible in all directions from an aircraft in flight, not less than two nautical miles away
For a taxiway used at night
Two parallel lines of fifth blue lights or blue retroreflective markers, not more than 200 feet apart
ARCAL lighting types
Type J: activated by,keying the microphone five times in five seconds
Type K: activated by, keying the microphone, seven times on the appropriate frequency, then 3, 5 or 7 times within five seconds for low, medium or high intensity
Both have 15 minutes duration
If a two way radio come, failure occurs between VFR aircraft and A. T.C. units while in class B C or D airspace
The pilot in command shall leave the airspace by landing at aerodrome or by the shortest route
Squawk 7600 inform ATC ASAP BY PHONE, OR ANY OTHER MEANS
