A

Such as:

  • Arrest a child/young person who’s escaped from secure accommodation/detention
  • Recapture someone unlawfully at large & liable to be detained
    Recapture someone unlawfully at large whom you are pursuing.

A

Section 32: Premises, not people
- Searched after an arrest for an ‘indictable’ offence
= Search premises where the suspect was at the time of their arrest OR where they were immediately prior to their arrest
