A

The ability to make the final decision on matters that effect other people.
Generally derived from the organization where the leadership position is embedded.
Often used for command and control.

A

the democratic and/or laissez-faire style of leadership was preferred by workers, productivity was found to be slightly higher with authoritarian leadership
However, workers also tended to exhibit more dependence and less individuality under authoritarian leadership

A

Most Powerful - it gives all stakeholders a voice in decision making and a vested interest in making the best decisions. It eliminates the blame game.

A

is the ability to shape discussions through informed and non authoritative means, it is much more positive, and preferred over the use of authority and can be limited by the actions of the leader.
