  • Contact with respiratory droplets ie; cough, sneeze or talking from and infected person
  • Touching a surface, or object that has the virus on it. and then touching your mouth nose and eyes.

  1. Frequently wash your hands thoroughly by using alcohol-based hand rub or soap and water.
  2. Avoid touching your mouth, nose and eyes before washing your hands.
  3. Practice respiratory wellness by sneezing or coughing into elbow
  4. Avoid close contact with anyone that could have symptoms
  5. Keep a social distance (min of 6 ft).
  6. Stay home if you are feeling ill

What are the CDC guidelines for washing hands?

A

Follow these five steps every time:
1.Wetyour hands with clean, running water (warm or cold), turn off the tap, and apply soap.

  1. Latheryour hands by rubbing them together with the soap. Lather the backs of your hands, between your fingers, and under your nails.
  2. Scrubyour hands for at least 20 seconds. Need a timer? Hum the “Happy Birthday” song from beginning to end twice.
  3. Rinseyour hands well under clean, running water.

  2. Any respiratory symptoms (cough and shortness of breath) have improved for at least three (3) days; AND

    * An employee may return to work earlier if a doctor confirms the cause of an employee’s fever or other symptoms is not COVID-19 and releases the employee to return to work in writing.

If employee of ours has tested positive or suspected of having COVID-19. What should we do?

A
  • DO NOT identify the name of the infected employee. This is a violation of Confidentiality Laws
    1. Send employee home until released by their medical provider
    2. Other employees should be notified and the those employees should be instructed to follow all CDC guidelines.
    3. Facilities will perform a cleaning, electrostatic spray in the club that night to disinfect all surfaces.

  • Under the (“OSHA”), the employer has a legal obligation to provide a safe and healthful workplace for employees.
  • Unless the employee is in the high-risk category, they DO NOT have the right to refuse to come to work.

1.Explain zones and how to see their assignments for each shift
2.Show team how to sign off when their zone is complete

1.Reviews checklist line by line and demonstrates how to complete each zone teach ,proper sanitize and wipe technique
2.Each zone should take approximately 30 minutes to complete

1.Will demonstrate in each zone 6 foot distance with staff by using tape measure / hands reach out cant touch

  • Increased and more thorough cleaning procedures by DBS, cleaning company, to adhere to strict cleanliness rules. 3 shifts of cleaners during all open hours. Additional 4 Hours per day
  • All PT’s will carry cleaning supplies to clean any machine after each use with client
  • Additional Edge Staff will be monitoring and performing extra cleaning duties – Areas and duties outlined on following slides (Training Document Complete – Included )
  • Members required to clean their own equipment, enforced by staff and instructors
