Published in 1985 by Beecham and Childress. Autonomy, non-maleficence, beneficence and justice.

Define consequentialism
A
The ethical validity of an action is based on the outcome of that action.

Define utilitarianism
A
Focuses on maximising human welfare or well-being. States that the ethically right choice in a given situation is the one that produces the most happiness and least unhappiness for the largest number of people.
