A

Based on the subordinates fear of the leader- normally maintained by the use of threats and punishment

Providing rewards as a form of power- encourages good performance through incentives rather than threats

A

Possession of a particular skill, expertise and knowledge

A

Power deriving from a person’s position or job in an organisation
This means that it increases as you go up in an organisations hierarchy
