The practice of treating a person or group of people unfairly
Negative Rights
Rights that can be enjoyed as long as no one interferes to take them away. Examples include freedom of speech or freedom of assembly
Positive Rights
Rights that may require concrete action on the part of others. Examples include the right to clean water, health care or education
