how to assess shoulder power
abduction - dont let me push ur shoulders down
adduction - dont let me push your shoulder down
how to assess elbow power
flexion - dont let me pull your arm away from you
extension - dont let me push your arm towards you
how to assess wrist power
extension - cock your wrists back and dont let me pull them down
flexion - point your wrists downwards and dont let me pull them up
how to assess finger power
extension - put your fingers out straight n dont let me push them down
abduction - splay fingers n dont let me push them together
thumb abduction - point thumb to ceiling n dont let me push them down
