- cool, dark ventilated place
- keep in paper bag or a mesh bag with holes
- wash when ready

- the refrigerator
- a closed container or plastic bag
- near sinks= wet/moist
- oven= warm spot
- next to onions that have chemicals that ruin both vegetable.

what are the 2 types of sweet potato?

- yellow/white = Dry/mealy
- red/sweet = moist/ high in sugar

A
as long as its firm and dont look wrinkly. cut out the green skin
