A
- Appropriate alignment of the musculoskeletal system such that the stresses and strains placed on the bones, muscles, ligaments, and cartilage are as low as possible.

- Head, earlobe
- Acromion
- Anterior to T-spine
- Thru lumbar spine
- Pelvis (ASIS/PSIS)
- Greater trochanter
- Anterior to knee joint axis, posterior to patella
- Anterior to lateral malleolus

- Midline of sternum
- Thru midline of pelvis, ASIS level
- Legs slightly apart
- Knees level
- Ankles level
- Slightly outward toeing of toes
