A
Seems to be more elderly and polypharmacy people.

What causes it?
A
Postural hypotension is an abnormal fall in blood pressure—of at least 20 mm Hg systolic and 10 mm Hg diastolic—within three minutes of standing upright.
Often blood pressure lowering medication. Such as beta blockers, ACE inhibitors, AIIRAs, diuretics, calcium channel blocker.

How does it present?
A
Light headedness or syncope when standing up, such as to go to the toilet at night.

Signs on examination?
A
Lower blood pressure on standing.

Treatment
A
Adjusting dose of medications
