- PP blood loss
- Cardia output increased through 48 hours
- Stroke volume increase
- Extracellular fluid mobilized into maternal circulation
- Physiologic diuresis

- H&H decreased
- Increase blood volume
- Physiologic diuresis
- Impaired fibrinolysis normalizes
Left ventricular hypertrophy of pregnancy……slowly decreases

- H & H decreased
- Increased blood volume
- Physiologic diuresis
- WBC levels normalize (6 days)
Left ventricular hypertrophy of pregnancy…slowly decreases

- Cardia output back to normal pre preg levels
- Plasma volume slowly returns to normal

- Coagulation factors normalize

- FSH and TSH low
- Prolactin and oxytocin increases

Prolactin and oxytocin back to normal (7-14 days)
