What is Sheehan’s syndrome?
A
Sheehan’s syndrome is a complication of severe post partum haemorrhage in which the pituitary gland undergoes ischaemic necrosis which can manifest as hypopituitarism

- A lack of postpartum milk production
- Amenorrhoea following delivery
