- Lumps or swellings at the vulva

- Prolonged exposure to unopposed oestrogen
- Early menarche

- Tamoxifen (anti-oestrogenic for breast, pro-oestrogenic for endometrium)
- Tibolone (HRT)
- Obesity (increased oestrogen)
- HNPCC
