Should we make it a requirement for SA or auditor to complete the quality checklist or the FAQ checklist prior to submitting to BM?
Make sure FAQ discusses with SA as to the cause and CAP.
FAQ worksheet needs to document ‘cause’. Discuss with the SA and auditor to come to an agreement on that and suggested corrective action plans.
