They set boundaries that caused new problems.
Why did independent African tribes have rival tribes?
Because Europeans drew boundaries regardless of political and ethnic issues.

Is over population.
Extreme urbanization resulted in what?
One population being mainly in cities.
What were Africa and Asian governments filled with?
Governments that were filled with widespread corruption among government and ruling cities.
