LCO contact outside team, if they report signs of wind impacted fire, remain in stairwell.
If it is not determined to be wind impacted, officer and one member go to control door. Other member remains on HALLWAY side of stairwell door to act as a beacon

If no veis, proceed to lobby and use fireman service in elevators
If no fireman service elevators, proceed to fire floor and team up with inside team.

Second due LCO must coordinate KO Curtain deployment if it is being used:
- is assistance needed on floor above?
- Is a can/hoseline needed for potential extinguishment
- Are there members in the apartment below to secure the ropes?
- is there a spotter?

If lower floor fire, and first and second due LCCs are tied up with outside ops, third truck assigned to roof.
