It is only good if it is constructive criticism

It can be mean or hurtful

Be positive and encouraging
Choose the right time To give feedback. For example Do not give negative feedback in front of a whole group that will embarrass the person.
Do not give feedback when you are angry
Be fair in your feedback. for example do you not say it is your fault we lost!
