Primary Prevention - stop disease occurring ie awareness campaigns and booze tax to reduce drinking levels
Secondary Prevention - advice on the problem to try and stop it now
ie doctor talking to smoker/drinker about how to reduce/stop usage
Tertiary Prevention - giving medicine to help the issue
ie maybe putting Florine for good teeth in drinking water

Health improvement - weight management, mental health, stop smoking ect
health protection - chemical hazards, infectious disease, vaccinate, screening ect
public healthcare
