List and explain the 5 types of obstacle breaching
Hasty: conducted off the line of march, using SOPs
Deliberate: thorough recon required, detailed planning and rehearsals
In stride: off the line of march, little prep but preferred method as it maintains tempo
Assault: conducted as part of a wider pan during a deliberate or in stride breach.
Covert: ‘silent breach’. Aims for surprise and minimal cas. Generally conducted at night.
Explain the 2 types of attack
Quick: opportunistic, minimal planking and prep.
Deliberate: adequate time for recon, rehearsals and orders
