Add all the ingredients in the shaker. Slap the mint tree. Shake it vigorously, double strain into a highball over crushed ice.

Lime Juice - 1oz
Simple - 0.5oz
Blueberries 5 pieces
Add all the ingredients in the shaker. Shake vigorously. Double strain into a cup.
Garnish: Turtle cocktail pick with frozen blueberries

Kettle One Vodka - 1.5 oz
Nardini Lemon - 1oz
Mango Purée - 1oz
Lemon juice - 1oz
Simple - 0.5 oz
Top with Cold Tea 2oz
Add all the ingredients in the shaker. Shake vigorously. Strain into a collins glass. Top with Cold tea.
Garnish: Lemon wheel

Corazón Blanco Tequila - 1.5oz
Strawberry Puree - 1oz
Lime juice - 1oz
Creme de Peche - 0.5oz
Simple - 0.5oz
Rose Water 2 Dash
Add all the ingredients in the shaker. Shake vigorously. Double strain into a rock.
Garnish: Rose Petal
Sneaky Water
Mezcal Union - 1.5oz
Watermelon Purée - 1oz
Aperol - 0.5oz
Crème de Banana - 0.5oz
Lemon Juice - 0.5oz
Simple - 0.5oz
Add all ingredients in a shaker. Vigorously shake. Double strain into a rock.
Garnish: Watermelon Paleta

Rocum
Roku Gin - 1.5oz
Campari - 0.5oz
Lemon - 0.5oz
Simple - 0.5oz
Peach Purée - 3oz
Shake Vigorously
Top with 2oz Soda Water
Add all ingredients in shaker. SHAKE.
Strain into a Collins glass,
top with soda water.

Zacapa clarification - 4oz
Pineapple syrup - 1oz
Pour all of the ingredients into a rock glass over a large cube.
Garnish: Pineapple Candy Chip

Bourbon Infused w/ Oranges - 2oz
Maple Syrup - 0.5oz
Chocolate Bitters 4 Dash
Add all ingredients in a mixing glass. Stir for 10 seconds. Add ice and stir for 20 seconds.
Pour over a large rock on rox glass.
Garnish: Chocolate covered orange (Dehydrated)

Don Julio Blanco Tequila - 1.5oz
Yuzu Juice - 1oz
Pineapple juice - 1oz
Orgeat - 0.75oz
Homemade grenadine 6 dash
Add all the ingredients in the shaker. Shake vigorously. Strain into a collins glass.
Garnish: Crush Ice, Grenadine

Pomegranate Purée - 1oz
Honey Syrup - 1oz
Lemon - 0.5oz
Del Maguey Mezcal 4 Dash
Add all ingredients into a shaker.
Shake vigorously.
Strain into rox glass.
